The smoothest vehicle trade in/purchase have ever had, and I have done this dance 4 times. I live 3 hours away and worked over the phone and got hard numbers before making the trip. I was warned by others in auto sales that for those who travel, unexpected issues ‘pop up’ once you get there and then you don’t get the deal you wanted. So my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised when we got there, and got exactly the deal we had discussed before the trip. There were no problems whatsoever, no unexpected fees, nothing like that. The truck was exactly what we wanted and they honored our trade at the price they said they would. We worked with Roderick and another manager who facilitated the tag transfer. Both were professional and kind. We were in and out in a timely manner. Despite having electrical problems that day, they were able to service my truck later in the day. The technician found the problem, which was different than what I thought it might have been. We did some advance scouting on a vehicle they had and went in to see if it fit our needs... Loved the vehicle and terms... If anyone is in need of a new car give Anthony and the crew at Modern Chevrolet a shot to put you in the vehicle you're looking for or didn't know you wanted. Stopped in to the service dept for the first time for a complimentary oil change and surprise tire rotation that came with buying one of their certified vehicles. Staff was great and the service received was great as well.

Absolutely impressed with this dealership.! I suddenly needed a major repair to my truck that I purchased out of state. While I had to wait a week for parts that was not the fault of the dealership. As soon as the needed parts came in they jumped on my repair and got me back on the road. Brad rocks!

Today I took my 2021 Chevy Silverado to Modern Chevrolet for what ended up to be a warranty issue. I did not buy my truck from them. When I arrived in the service department I was met with very pleasant people. I met with my service advisor Brian Kirkman who got the process started for servicing my truck. As I left the service area a young lady at the service counter said to me " Have a wonderful day" . I was so surprised at how pleasant these people were especially since I didn't buy the vehicle from them and I had never been there. Brian called me later in the day and said my truck was fixed and there would be no charge as it was covered under warranty. I asked Brian what time they closed as I had to figure out who was going to take me back the 10 miles to pick up the truck. To my surprise Brian offered to send a porter to pick me up and bring me to the dealership . This dealership certainly understands what customer service is all about . Thank you for such a pleasant experience .
