I have bought an unfortunate number of cars in the past 3 years. I am NOT a fan of going to car dealerships but this time was different! I bought a used car from Modern Infinity on Thursday. Let me tell you it was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Andre and he was very friendly and accommodating. It took a bit but that is mostly because I was taking my time checking out the car and yapping. I will send any friends to Andre if they are looking for a good car buying experience! Prices seem fair enough and everyone was very welcoming. Very transparent dealmaking. No surprises. I kept waiting for the price to jump up at some point and it just never happened.

Tremendous experience every time here. I live in one of the surrounding cities, 100+ miles away, and Modern is my closest dealership. I always get excited for my next service appointments because Eli, my service advisor, is incredible. He is always happy to help, always honest, and will go above and beyond to make sure the vehicles are safe and in top working order for both the QX70 and Q60. I also appreciate the service planning he provides so I’m never taken by surprise by anything and I know which maintenance is coming up next. So helpful! If an issue ever pops up, Eli is easy to get in touch with to help me problem solve to determine if we need to coordinate bringing the vehicle back for a check-up. I can’t say enough how reassuring that is. I never worry about my vehicles because I know they are in the best hands. In addition, the sales team are so friendly (never pushy when I want to talk about cars/options). The reception is always warm and welcoming. The manager is kind and personable. Currently work with Service Advisor Dan and I want to leave a 5 star for him especially. I am always taken care of every time I bring my car in. Very welcoming, attentive to the service requests needed, provides timely updates, and make sure that my car is serviced to my standard before picking my vehicle up. Very appreciative to know there a awesome service advisors around like Dan. Along with Dan doing what he does, the overall service staff is very welcoming as well and look for areas to make the overall experience a good one.

I recently purchased a used car and it was having trouble with the ac and it had been in and out of the shop within the first 2 weeks I got it. I called steve and let him know my concerns with keeping this car & he got me into a different used car. He is amazing to work with and he was patient with me through the whole process. I brought my much-loved 2005 Chevy Colorado to Modern for the first significant repair since I've owned it. It was the first time I had taken a vehicle to Modern so I was a bit nervous since it was a big job, a new clutch (first one lasted 180,000 miles!) Brad Campbell was my service manager and he seemed very confident and professional. The work went fine, the repair was done well, everything works perfectly. However, a couple of months later I started noticing an oil leak, not major, but significant. I took it back in and Brad said he'd have the guys check it out. I left it overnight and came back to pick it up the next day. I didn't necessarily expect Brad to fix the leak for free so I didn't ask about it, thinking I'd see what they said on their own. Some shops might have tried to say the leak was not associated with the earlier repair, even though I was pretty sure it was. Not Brad. There was no charge for the repair. These guys earned my respect right out of the gate. I'll be happy to bring my truck back next time it needs anything. Great job!

Service manager Dean is very nice & professional. Service advisor Joey, and salesman Jai are as well. Our Nissan Rogue just went over 90K miles, within 5 miles of going over 90K the vehicle started occasionally gently lurching. 2 days ago it started lurching at speeds greater than 45mph and the check engine light came on. I am not happy with the $6600.00 repair bill on CVT, the transmission is covered to 120000 miles per all the info I have read.
