I’ve been coming to Modern Nissan since 2019 and they have been nothing but exceptional. Mr. Frank Calderon is my main guy and he’s always made me top priority. He’s fair, honest, and he’ll call just to make sure me and the car are on the up and up. I’ve been so impressed with Modern Nissan, I decided to purchase a new Altima. In fact, I have to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Mr. Matt Potaznick (such a cool last name). He was the one who helped me through the entire purchasing process. Like Frank, Matt is an authentic, genuine person with good energy and I’m grateful for the once again enjoyable experience. It seems Modern Nissan is really good at picking people with good character. Salute!

Tom & Taryn were amazing, they worked with me to help me get the car i never thought i could have. I drove off the lot with a 2026 Nissan kicks. They both understood what i needed, gave me options & ultimately made sure to make me feel comfortable with any decision i chose. They offered me the best deal for my car i traded in while respecting the bullet points of things i knew i wouldn’t budge on for a newer one. They didn't make me feel pressured into anything i didn’t want to do. Tom was extremely hospitable, made personal connections & made me feel safe! He was an absolute delight to work with. I’ve gotten 2 cars from this dealership. The first two were with a different salesman, so i was nervous but Tom really took great care of me for my 3rd purchase! They’ll be seeing me again!

I was in a very tough spot. My car had been in the shop for a month with no reason as to why, and the week before I started a new job I find out I had a blown head gasket. I was referred to Christian and I’m so glad I followed through. Within 24 hours of me picking out a car I wanted to look at we were in communication and had a scheduled time to look at the car. Unfortunately, the only time I was able to make it up there was an hour before they closed! That didn’t matter to them at all. When I tell you the customer service I received was unreal. Very professional, let me still test drive the car without feeling rushed, and when I got the great news, I was sent over to Chris Bs desk to finish out the paperwork, also a very nice and helpful man. The entire team there that night worked tirelessly to make it happen for me. Much respect to the entire staff that was there that night for staying over a little bit to make sure I was taken care of. You have my friends and my business for life! Thank you again!

My salesman Stan was great! I came in wanting to look at a Nissan Frontier and Stan was more than helpful. I’ve never owned a truck or with the features the Frontier I was looking at had and he took the time to explain every single thing we on the truck thoroughly. Although I did not purchase the Frontier I felt like the test driving experience with Stan was so good that the least I owed him was a google review. Thank you, Stan and Modern Nissan!

Modern Nissan of Concord has always been my #1 spot to go to when it comes to vehicles. I recently purchased my 2025 Platinum Pathfinder and can say that my overall experience was Excellent! My sales person Henry is the BEST! I can honestly say that my visit that day was not to purchase a vehicle, I had taken my Titan for maintenance. I was walking around outside when A sales person that was leaving tried to assist me and due to prior appointment he sent me Henry. Henry came outside despite it was so HOT! He took the time to talk to me in depth detail about the pathfinder, showed me all the details inside and out. Henry was very understanding when it came to what I wanted in a vehicle. He offered to look at numbers for me and see if I would consider the purchase. I can say that the Pathfinder that I liked and with all the features I wanted was not at this location but Henry and the Finance team were able to get the one I wanted with everything I desired. Not only the vehicle but they also got me set financially to my needs. One thing I do want to add that was what the determination factor to my case, that made me purchase , was that Henry and team was not that typical sales person that wants to sell and very pushy… as I do sales myself and don’t approach that way. Also Henry sent me a video of the pathfinder in stock and described every detail in the video that made me purchase. That’s what I called customer service !! Great Job Henry, my family and I enjoy our new vehicle. Wish you the best in your sales career with Nissan!

Overall I've had a good experience. The service department can be slow. I get the impression that it is severely understaffed unfortunately. My five stars specifically go to Randy. He carries a big load and is a hard worker and very professional. Kudos to him for giving his best effort to keep things afloat.
