My family and I had a great experience at Modern Chevy in Burlington, NC, and I can’t recommend them enough. I first reached out on a whim early in the week about a truck I was interested in, and within a few hours a sales manager, Chris, personally contacted me. From the start, they were straightforward on pricing and earned my business almost immediately. I was connected with my salesman, Anthony, and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. On Friday, I sent over all the documents they needed so things would be ready when I arrived. Since I had to drive about an hour and a half after work, and they closed at 7, we wanted everything in order. We pulled in around 6, and by 7 we were on the road in my new truck. There were no games or gimmicks, just professionalism, efficiency, and genuine service. They made my family feel welcome and made the whole process as easy as possible.
